자타리 난민 캠프에서는 학교 급식으로 아이들에게 하루 두끼 식사를 제공하는데 그 비용은 500원 정도 입니다. 그래서 Share The Meal도 500원으로 아이들에게 하루 식사로 전달하고자 합니다. Share The Meal은 유엔세계식량계획이 2014년 4월에 출범한 혁신 프로그램 입니다. 2015년 6월부터 두 달간 진행된 독일, 오스트리아, 스위스에서의 베타 테스트 기간 동안 12만명이 넘는 사람들이 170만 회의 식사를 남아프리카 레소토(Lesotho)를 위해 제공해주었습니다.

대한민국 최초 한식 부문 미슐랭 원스타를 받은 유현수 셰프는 2022년 WFP 친선셰프로 처음 임명됐다. 정식 임명 이전부터 WFP의 든든한 지지자로 활동하며 국회 포럼과 WFP의 캠페인 등에 참여했다. 친선셰프로 활동하는 동안에는 10월 16일 세계 식량의 날 캠페인에 참여해 기후 위기를 경고하는 레시피를 소개하고, WFP의 기부 애플리케이션 Share the Meal(셰어더밀) 사용을 독려하는 영상에 출연했다. 또 WFP의 영양 식품인 수퍼시리얼을 소개하고, 인스타그램 손 글씨 캠페인에 동참해 전 세계 식량 위기를 알리는 데에 앞장섰다.
